I finally have the time to thank you! I met Babsie this Monday evening!! She told me about everything, the trip, the awesome hotel, the travel managements and of course about you.
She and Gottfried,as well as the Nowaks of course, was very inspired and enthusiastic. She said that everything had been completed perfectly.
Now that you have already known her, you can also get to know what she remarked!!! 
Therefore a big praise for you and your team!!!! 
She has't brought any photo to me yet, but definitely will this week.
